Actions: Download Media Plans

The Actions button on the planning mode provides media plan Downloads. Selecting a download creates a media plan report of the applicable fields in Microsoft Excel Worksheet (.xslx) file format. You select the following Download options from the Actions drop menu:

  • Media Plan (Net)
  • Media Plan (Gross)

The net or gross media plan report appears in your download folder. The report contains a header and a table.

In the planning mode under the Actions button, you download the media plan into a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file.

1 Click the Actions button from the planning mode.

The drop menu appears

2 Select the Media Plan: Net or Gross. The options to open or save the .xlsx file appears.
3 Select the open or save option. The report is available for viewing.


The campaign Overview page also provides the Media Plan Download for media plans. You select Net or Gross and the options to open or save the .csv file appears.
