Create (or Modify) a Line Item

Results

1 Click Add properties.

The property directory appears.

2 Click the Add icon next to the property to add it to the plan. The Select Contacts (Optional) page appears.
3 Click the Add icon next to the Contact(s). The selected confirmation appears.
4 Select Add to plan button. A confirmation message appears.
Or  
Select the Add to plan without a contact button. A confirmation message appears.
Or  
Select the Add a new contact button. The Contact page appears
4a Enter the unique email address.  
4b Click Create new. The Contact page appears.  
4c Enter the applicable fields.  
4d Select Save. A confirmation message appears. Refer to Step 3.
Note: When you select a property with multiple vendors. Select the vendor and continue adding the contact. Refer to Step 3.
5 Click close. You return to a planning page and the Mode menu appears.
6 Click Edit from the Mode menu. The Edit By options appears.
7 Click Add line item link. The line item fields appear.
8 Select the planning type by Cost (budget), Units (number of rate), or Rates (gross rate) for the campaign. The available fields appear.

Enter the applicable fields:

a) Line Item Description

b) Details

c) Dates

d) Units

e) Rates

f) Costs

 
10 Select Save. The line item is stored in the media plan.

Note: Flat rate type is planned in gross cost.

AV rate type is planned in units mode.

The Centro Platform calculates and displays the campaign efficiency and costs at the lower part of the page.

1 Click Edit Mode

The line item options appear.

2 Select the Flight icon. The existing line item information duplicates and appears along with the number of flights.
3 Enter the starts date. The date format is mm/dd/yyyy.
4 Enter the ends date. The date format is mm/dd/yyyy.
6 Continue selecting the Flight icon and entering the start and end dates. The line items continue to appear as needed.
7 Modify the line item fields, if applicable. Centro Platform updates the changes.
8 Select Save. Centro Platform stores the changes.
