The Request for Proposal (RFP) from a buyer (agency contact) presents the campaign goals to potential vendors. The RFP initiates the negotiation process for a campaign. As a buyer, you send the proposal in search of the vendors that meet the campaign needs based on the objectives and goals. The variables include the market, placement details, start/end dates, and budget. The campaign planning tool allows the buyer to send the RFP and future proposals that supports the following:
- Campaign objective and goals
- Proposal tracking (versions)
- Constant communication
A buyer sends the campaign details including the objectives and KPIs to the vendor. Using the campaign information as the buyer, you negotiate the details in the planning stage with the vendor.
