The Vendor page stores the Contact tab for retrieval. A Contact associates with the vendors and properties. The Contact tab stores the member information related to the account data. The email address is a requirement allowing communication with Centro Platform. Along with the name, title, email address, and phone number, the Contact details provide the description of the Role, Contact For, Vertical, Region, and Notes. The agency contact with Vendor Management permissions creates or modifies the contact information.
The agency contact (buyer) with permissions creates and edits the contact information to a new or existing vendor. The Vendor Management permissions allows adding a contact to an existing vendor. The agency contacts only edit the Notes for existing Centro Provided Contacts.
The agency contact with permissions edits the following Contact fields:
- Add a new contact (not Centro Provided)
- Properties Sold
Note: Only a Directory Curator creates or updates a Contact to Centro Provided status. Centro Platform restricts specific fields for system admins with full permissions.
