Permissions Summary

Ad Serving

An agency contact with enabled Ad Serving permissions manages accounts, applies rates, and exports to the ad server. You perform the ad serving under the Actions button for the media plan line items with this permission. The Export to under the Actions button is also enabled. The User Settings displays the Ad Server Accounts tab allows viewing, creating, and editing the account profiles.

A contact with disabled permissions views the ad serving information under the User Settings and media plan page. You have read-only access to the rate and calculations associated to ad server costs in a media plan.

When a contact has an existing ad server account and no longer has Ad Serving permissions, the account is saved. The contact reconnects the account when the user has the permission.

Adjustments

An agency contact with enabled Adjustments permissions allows access to modify delivery and billing data. The Edit icon displays the Adjust drop men. The Adjust Delivery or Spend appears in the Analytics mode under the line item. Clicking the Adjust link launches a Delivery or Spend Adjustment page.

An agency contact with enabled Agency Billing permissions allows access to the Billing tab. The Billing tab appears under Agency Settings allowing the generation and download of the accounts receivable and payable reports.

Agency Management

A contact with enabled Agency Management views additional tabs and configurations in Agency Settings. Within the tabs, you also have the ability to perform Agency Settings actions.

When a contact does not have User Access under the Client/Brand tab, the user with Agency Management permissions has read-only information for the campaign restrictions.

A contact with disabled permissions views the Users and Clients/Brands tab under Agency Settings. You view a user index by name, email, and status. You also view an index by client and brand name along with vertical types.

When a contact has User Access under the Client/Brand tab, the user manages the campaign restrictions without Agency Management permissions.

Analytics Reporting

An agency contact with enabled Analytics Reporting permissions allows access to the daily delivery and performance reports. The Actions button appears in the campaign Analytics mode. The Download menu provides the Daily Delivery and Performance Report (Net or Gross) reports.

The Performance Alert icon appears in the campaign Analytics mode. The vendor performance alert message appears. The performance report along with additional information is sent to the vendor for review.

A contact with disabled permissions views the Approvals panel. You have read-only access to the approval and IOs.

When a contact has Client Approvals and Vendor IOs access and no Planning permission, the error count appears. The Show Errors link is not visible.

Delivery Source Management

An agency contact with enabled Delivery Source Management permissions allows full access to third party mapping. The Map delivery button appears in the Analytics mode. The Map Delivery panel supports linking, uploading, and mapping the integrated and non-integrated delivery sources. The User Settings displays the Third Party Accounts tab allows viewing, creating, and editing the account profiles.

User Management

An agency contact with enabled User Management permissions assigns, creates, and edits the account team member profiles. Under the Users tab under Agency Settings, you invite and deactivate/reactivate contacts along with assigning permissions.

A new user receives an invite from Centro Platform. A deactivated user no longer has access to Centro Platform.

A contact with disabled permissions does not view the Terms & Conditions under Agency Settings. In the Directory, you view the Terms & Conditions appear on the Vendor page. You also download the full terms and conditions.
