Removing an Approved Line Item

Centro Platform supports the removal of line items from an approved media plan. The removal of line item and flights are available until the media plan start date. You create a revised media plan to remove the line items. The revision requires client approval and vendor IO acceptance. Removing line items with ad serving also requires a re-export.

Flight is removed after saving.

Removing a property from an approved media plan deletes the associated line items. You remove the property before the start date. After saving, the property and associated line items are removed. The aggregated totals reflect the removed line items.

1 Click the Revise media plan button from the campaign overview.

A revised media plan appears.

2 Select the revised media plan. The media plan page appears.
3 Select the Edit mode.  
4 Select the Remove icon of the line item. A strike through of the details appear.
Note: A property requires at least one line item remains on the revised media plan.
6 Select Save. The line item is removed.
7 Select Save. N/A

The removed line item information is available in the previously approved plan on the campaign overview.

Note: When an approved media plan has a single vendor, you are unable to delete all the line items.
