Receive, Respond, and Approve to a Proposal Procedure

As a buyer (agency contact), you view the latest Proposal from the vendor. The triangle icon displays the field values of the line items in the proposal. Hovering over the icon displays the previous field values. Changes in line item are color coded:

Green = ADDED

Orange = EDITED

Red = DELETED

Note: When a Proposal is unselected (Select a proposal… shows in the field.), the your previous proposal appears. The View and Edit Mode also displays your previous proposal. After you merge or save the line item fields, the mode displays the latest proposal.

When modifying a proposal, you select Edit Mode or modify under a proposal. You select Edit to change the line item fields and click Save. Under Proposals, the proposal drop menu appears along with the View Differences and Merge links. You select a Proposal, edit the line item fields, and merge the change

The Dashboard displays the new proposal in the Notifications and Activity Feed.

Modify a Proposal - Option

1 Click Proposal from the Messages.

The media plan page appears displaying the Proposal.

2 Review the proposal line items/changes. Line item changes appear by color code.
2a Click View or Hide differences. The differences appear.
2b Hover over the Triangle icon. The previous values appear.
2c Click Undo to review the previous changes The previous changes appear.
2d Click Redo button again restoring to the current proposal. The current proposal values appear.
3 Select Merge. A confirmation message appears.
4 Select Edit mode. The available fields appear for modification.
5 Modify the fields. An edit flag appears in the field.
6 Select Save. The changes are stored.
7 Select View. N/A
8 Click Send Update for review. A message and recipient fields appear.
9 Enter the message field. N/A
10 Attach a file, if applicable. The file appears on the message body.
11 Enter the response date and time, if applicable. Due date appears when the message is sent.
12 Click Submit proposal (update). A confirmation message appears.

When you and vendor agree on the proposal, you also receive client approval.

1 Select the Actions button.

The drop menu appears.

2 Select Approvals under Manage. An Approvals side panel appears.
3 Click the Approve plan. The Approve Plan page appears.
4 Click Attach contract... A directory folder appears.
5 Select the file attachment. The file appears on the page.
6 Select Approve. A confirmation appears and the new version appears under Client Approval on the panel.


The Approvals side panel displays the status of the media plan. An Approved stamp appears next to the plan with a version number. A contract link is available for viewing.
