Campaign Overview Page

From the Dashboard, you select a campaign. The campaign Overview appears providing a navigation page. The page provides campaign information:

Planning, Approved, Live, Completed, Archived

You view the information based on the campaign status. In the planning status, you view an index of the media plans. In the approved, live, completed, or archived status, you view the plans and status including the versions and revisions. After campaign approval, you have the option in selecting the analytics mode. The media plan launches access directly into the gross view. The Activity tab displays the archive event.

Campaign Overview Page

From the campaign overview, you manage the media plans. In the planning and approved status, you view the target budget, total gross cost (current running total), effective rates and type, along with total units. The panel defaults to the campaign Details. The Edit link provides changes to the campaign objectives. You select a media plan and the line item details appear.

The Download, Edit, and Copy icons on the media plans are available based on the status. The Download icon launches the option to download the media plan, net or gross You have the ability to edit or copy the media plan.

Campaign Overview - Planning Status

With the Archived status, you view (read-only) the media plan line items. When you archive a media plan, you select a reason (required) and add notes. The side panel defaults to the Details tab. The Edit link is disabled and the Unarchive link is available. An archived media plan is visible under the enabled Dashboard filter. An archived media plan is not visible in a campaign overview. Refer to the campaign index (top navigation bar) to view the archived media plan. You have the option to click the Unarchive link to continue planning.

Vendors also view archived campaigns when their proposals are not selected for an approved plan. Centro Platform sends an email notification to the vendor. The event also appears in the Activity and Notifications feeds.

Campaign Overview - Archived Status

With the Approved status, you view the approved and revised plans. The previously approved and archived plans are also available. You have the option to revise media plans. The side panel defaults to the Activity feed. The activities display the progress of the campaign. You click on the underlined event. The click through re-directs you to the activity (I.e. IO)

With the Live status, you view the live and revised plans. The archived plans are also available. The side panel defaults to the Activity feed. The activities display the progress of the campaign.

Campaign Overview - Live Status

With the Completed status, you view the approved and revised plans. The previously approved and archived plans are also available. You have the option to revise media plans. The side panel defaults to the Activity feed. The activities display the end of the campaign.

You easily refer to the campaign overview page with the back arrow.
